Nothing much Peace Corpsey or St. Lucian to say today.

Mom and Dad came to visit last week, and we had a good time just bumming around. I EXPECT some guest journal entries soon!

I’m still thinking about what to do with the website come August 28, 2004 (the day I’m planning on leaving the island). The PC-EC-FAQ is still in the works.

I’ve also been thinking about what sort of bloggy thing to do next. My friend, Dave, has a neat one at http://www.dot.textamerica.com/ . On that site, you can post camera-phone pics and entries right from your phone. (And since I may have a camera-phone coming my way, it could be cool.) I’d also like something ultra-convenient, so that I could hopefully post entries a little more often than I do on here!

The other thing that’s been on my mind lately is dreadlocks. I am SOO regretful that I didn’t try locks before I cut off all my hair last year. Now, who knows how long it would take to grow enough hair to look good. My other concern is looking somewhat professional. Two great sites, http://www.knottyboy.com , and http://www.dreadheadhq.com , have photo galleries of their customers. I hate to generalize, but most look like skater punk teenagers. Not the image I want to project. One, more serious discussion group, appeared not open to me because of my skin color…
